Last weekend Josie and John came over and we had a wonderful day together,.... as you can see below we made Brownies and had good memories....

here some pictures from Berlin last week. The 20 year anniversary of the falling Berlin Wall was celebrated with a "new falling of the wall" by those domino stones.... couple thousand of those dominos were lined up where the old wall was standing.....

how are you doing? Hope things are going well and you are enjoying the last days of summer,....
I have been to Berlin again, on saturday I had a photoshooting for an agency and we went thru the city at night which was fun,... I post some pics hope you like them......

You see a skyscaper on Alexander Platz, the jewish Synagode in former East Berlin and a mall from 1905.

The last pic is the peach harvest,.. I collected the three tubs in 1,5 hours :-) on a very beautyful last summer day.
I wish you a nice, warm and colourful autuum.

it has been busy the last 2 - 3 weeks,..... I have been to Berlin and then Renate's 80th birthday was last week, the whole family was here including Maren and Doug. I painted some of the house inside and outside and we had a lot of things to do for the party,......

so tonight I went to the Hafen and took some pics,......

Hey,
one week in Berlin....... after my meeting with Giata on Friday, which went sort of ok, I had two more interviews. One with a TV Station for graphics and the otheron Tegel airport for a touroperator. I like the TV job but I dont know yet if I ll have a chance, they call me next week. The airport job sounds kind of boring but I can have it right away,... so I wait till they call from the other job.
Otherwise I had a bit of time to bike around in the city ( roughly 100 km ) , weather was great: sunshine all the time, temps around the 30th. The pics showing the Sony Center on Potsdammer Platz, the next 2 are the entry of the american embassy and the front of the building.
The concret coluums are the Holocaus Memorial, which was depressing and made me sit and think for more than an hour. Many people walked inside and that made the coluums kind of alive.
The sqare in front of the Reichstag was crowded with people from all over the world. I had a "Einheits-Burger" on the stairs of the Reichstag. My way back home was along the "Strasse des 17. Juni" where the Victoria stands.
I met with Alex, who's sending his greetings..... I can move in with him in Schöneberg, a 22 squaremeter room with high ceilings. A nice appartment, bathtub, huge kitchen and a livingroom with windows into old trees. It would be available on 1th of Nov. - I am thinking about that.

It has been a beautyful hot day yesterday before I left for Berlin. I grabbed a few tomatos and picked some weeds around it.
